This work is personal to me. My own healing journey led me to explore the emotional roots of human behavior, how we disconnect from ourselves and what it truly takes to create lasting change.
My approach is shaped by formal training, lived experience, and deep exploration across multiple healing modalities, including trauma-informed approaches, somatic practices, nervous system work, and the Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program through Harvard Medical School Executive Education.
My perspective is also enriched by over 20 years working on the frontlines of healthcare, where I learned to support people through some of life’s most emotionally charged and difficult moments.
Today, I help people understand the deeper emotional patterns shaping how they relate to themselves and others, so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence, emotional freedom, and a more authentic way of being.
My techniques blend science-backed coaching tools with a compassionate understanding of how our past shapes the nervous system, our self-worth, and the way we see ourselves.
In practice, that work tends to follow a natural arc: understanding the roots of your patterns, gently shifting how you see yourself, and turning that into small, aligned actions toward the life you actually want.
To me, self-mastery is not about perfection or having it all figured out. It’s about learning to understand your inner world, build resilience, and make choices that feel more honest, grounded, and aligned with who you are becoming.

Traditionally, therapeutic approaches tend to focus on unpacking aspects of your past, while coaching is often more goal-oriented and future-focused. But in my experience, the lines between the two have evolved. Some therapeutic modalities, like CBT, don’t address the past much at all. And many modern coaching approaches tend to explore emotional healing: like inner child work, nervous system regulation, and parts work.
My personalized coaching approach blends the best of both. I believe self-mastery requires understanding and healing from your past so you don’t unconsciously repeat it, while also using science-backed coaching tools to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. There are approaches that help you cope, and approaches that help you transform. I’m here to guide you through the latter: a return to a more connected, empowered, and authentic version of who you are.
